Tasty Tuesday

In an effort to improve my cooking/ baking skills, I wanted to try a recipe that I had never seen or eaten before. With a quick search on Pinterest, I found a recipe that I thought sounded good, so I decided to give it a try.

The cookies turned out to be very delicious. :)) Oh, happy day. I even brought some for my friends to try at school and they all liked them as well, so I thought I would share it with you. Bonus points- they are pretty easy to make too.

Ingredients:

1 cup butter
2 TBS strawberry jello
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 white chocolate pudding package
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 bag white chocolate chips

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 (F) (or 178 C)
2. Cream butter, sugar, and jello together. Add eggs and vanilla together and mix well
3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, pudding mix, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add to butter mixture. Mix.
4. Stir in white chocolate chips.
Spoon onto a greased baking sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes.

Makes about 4 dozen cookies
